New/Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)

The IP/mask pair identifies a range of IP addresses. The broadcast/multicast NTP/SNTP client will use the range of IP addresses for access control.

You can use the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box to create a IP/mask pair to the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box. To access the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the "New..." button in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box. Alternatively, in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box, you can right-click on the IP/mask pairs list box then click on the "New..." menu item in the content menu to open the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box.

Once created, you can use the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box to modify the IP/mask pair which you previously created, too. To access the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box, highlight the IP/mask pair which you want to modify from the IP/mask pairs list box then click on the "Edit..." button. Alternatively, in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box, you can right-click on an IP/mask pair then click on the "Edit..." menu item in the content menu to open the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box in order to modify the IP/mask pair. Or double-click on an IP/mask which you want to modify in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permission" dialog box to open the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box.

IP/mask pair

The panel specifies a IP/mask pair which will be used for access control by the broadcast/multicast NTP/SNTP client.

IP address

Specify the IP address portion of the current IP/mask pair.

Mask

Specifices the mask portion of the current IP/mask pair. It identifies the range of the IP addresses based on the IP address that's specified above.

Use the IP/mask pair

If the box is checked, the broadcast/multicast NTP/SNTP client will use the IP/mask pair for access control, otherwise the IP/mask pair will be ignored by the broadcast/multicast NTP/SNTP client. Alternatively, you can check the box left of the IP/mask pair which you want to ues in the "Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client permision" dialog box. OK

In the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to create the IP/mask pair and close the dialog box.

In the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to fully save all changes of the IP/mask pair and close the dialog box.

Apply

In the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to create the IP/mask pair.

In the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to fully save all changes of the IP/mask pair.

Cancel

In the "New IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to close the dialog box without performing any action. No IP/mask pair is created.

In the "Edit IP/mask pair (Broadcast/Multicast NTP/SNTP client)" dialog box, click on the button to cancel any changes to the current IP/mask pair and close the dialog box.
