You can use the dialog box to check for newer version, and use it to download and intstall the newer version if it exists. To access the dialog box, choose the "Options" item from the tree menu on the left side of the "Main window" to display the "Options" page, and then click on the "Check for newer version" button in this page.
In the dialog box, you can click on the "Connection settings" button to display the "Connection settings" panel in order to modify the connection settings that they are used to check for the newer version, and used to download the newer version if it is available. Also, you can click on the "Proxy settings" button to display the "Proxy settings" panel. In the panel, you can specify a proxy server or modify the proxy server settings in order to check for the newer version, and to download the newer version if it is available.
In the "Connection" page of the "Main window", you can check the "Apply the settings to online upgrader and online support dialog box" box and then click the "Apply" button to use the connection settings in the "Connection" page to this "Connection settings" panel in this dialog box. If the "Automatically check for newer version on startup" box is checked on, and the "Automatically download the newer version" box is checked off, the Net Time Server & Client will automatically check for newer version on startup. If the newer version is available, this "Online upgrader" dialog box will be poped up. In this dialog box, you can click on the "Next" button to start download. After download completes, click on the "Next" button again to install the newer version. At any time, you can click on the "Cancel" button to close the dialog box without downloading and installing the newer version.
If both the "Automatically check for newer version on startup" box and the "Automatically download the newer version" box are checked on, the Net Time Server & Client will automatically check for newer version on startup. If the newer version is available, the application will automatically download the newer version in the backgeound. After download completes, this "Online upgrader" dialog box will be poped up. In this dialog box, you can click on the "Next" button to install the newer version, or click the "Cancel" button to close the dialog box without installing the newer version.
