Predefined source time servers

The window displays the various predefined network time servers in a list , and allows you to add new servers to the list or to delete existing servers from the list. You can append some of the servers to the "Source time servers queue" list in the "Client - Unicast/Manycast" page. To access the window, click on the "Predefined source time servers" button in the "Client - Unicast/Manycast" page on the "Main window".

Source time servers

The list box displays all predefined source time servers, and allows you to manage them easily. The context menu will be displayed when you right click in the list box, it contains some submenu items for quick operation. You can click on the column head to sort the servers in the list by that column.

New...

Clicking on the button opens the "New source server in predefined list" dialog box in order to create a new source time server settings and add it to the source time servers list box.

Edit...

Clicking on the button opens the "Edit source server in predefined list" dialog box in order to modify the source time server settings that's highlighted in the source time servers list box.

Delete

Clicking on the button deletes all of the highlighted source time servers from the source time servers list box.

Import...

Clicking the button opens the "Open file (Import source time servers)" dialog box to specify a time servers definition file (.tsl) which you previously exported, in order to import the source time servers settings from this file to the source time servers list box.

Export...

Clicking on the button opens the "Export source time servers" dialog box. It allows you to export all of the source time servers or the highlighted source time servers in the source time servers list box to a time servers definition file (.tsl).

Add to synchronization queue

Clicking on the button appends the highlighted source time servers in the source time servers list box to the "Source time servers queue" list in the "Client - Unicast/Manycast" page. They will be used to synchronize your computer clock by the unicast/manycast client. See also the "Client - Unicast/Manycast".

Test

Clicking on the button tests the highlighted source time servers in the source time servers list box, and displays the test results to the source time servers list box.

Test all

Clicking on the button tests all of the source time servers in the source time servers list box, and displays the test results to the source time servers list box.

Cancel

Click on the button to terminate the testing session.

Close

Click on the button to close the window.

Help

Click on the button to open the help window.
